Game Publishing & BizDev. Because someone has to actually read the platform guidelines.

I’ve been in the indie and AA space for a long time now, mostly helping studios through the often messy process of getting their games onto platforms and securing distribution deals that actually work.

My approach combines a solid technical understanding from my years in development with data-driven commercial decision making. This helps me bridge the gap between a team’s creative vision and a commercial strategy that makes sense in the real world. I’ve handled the publishing side from just about every angle, from building release pipelines and dealing with the headaches of platform certification to leading publisher searches and negotiating deals.

At the end of the day, the games industry is surprisingly small. People change studios and projects, but we all stay in the same ecosystem. Because of that, I have always valued building and maintaining long-term relationships over just chasing the next quick deal. Good business is done with good people.

When I am not looking at pitch decks or storefront algorithms, I am an amateur photographer and what I like to call a "lazy traveler" - preferring to take things slow, enjoy the moment, and explore without a rigid itinerary. You can check out some of my shots on Glass 📷.
