I’ve been in the indie and AA space for a long time now, mostly helping studios through the often messy process of getting their games onto platforms and securing distribution deals that actually work.
My approach combines a solid technical understanding from my years in development with data-driven commercial decision making. This helps me bridge the gap between a team’s creative vision and a commercial strategy that makes sense in the real world. I’ve handled the publishing side from just about every angle, from building release pipelines and dealing with the headaches of platform certification to leading publisher searches and negotiating deals.
At the end of the day, the games industry is surprisingly small. People change studios and projects, but we all stay in the same ecosystem. Because of that, I have always valued building and maintaining long-term relationships over just chasing the next quick deal. Good business is done with good people.
When I am not looking at pitch decks or storefront algorithms, I am an amateur photographer and what I like to call a "lazy traveler" - preferring to take things slow, enjoy the moment, and explore without a rigid itinerary. You can check out some of my shots on Glass 📷.
If you’re trying to get a game across the finish line or just need someone to talk platform strategy with, let's chat. You can reach me via email ✉️, or hit me up on LinkedIn 💻 or Threads 🧵.

Consulting Services
Making a great game is hard enough without having to decipher publishing contracts, plan out porting pipelines, and figure out storefront algorithms all at the same time. I offer advisory services for studios that need a hand bridging the gap between their creative process and the commercial reality of launching a title.
Having sat on both the development and publishing sides of the table, I know what publishers are actually looking for and where the hidden traps in distribution deals usually lie. I can help you refine your pitch deck, map out a realistic multi-platform strategy, or negotiate a contract that protects your studio's long-term future. We can also look at your back-catalog and figure out how to squeeze more revenue out of lifecycle promotions.
If you are hitting a wall with the business side of things or just need a reality check on your launch plan, drop me an email. We can grab a virtual coffee, or if you are heading to one of the major industry events, let's catch up in person and figure things out together ☕
